We know that not every organization can afford to keep a vendor on a monthly retainer, or go for the Deluxe Gold Service Package. So we have you in mind when we created our training and support services. Think of it as a sampler menu: you get a little of everything that you need, and it still doesn’t empty your wallet.

The bottom line is the same: we want to make it easy for you to manage your social media plan AND the tools, for as long as you need us, and as much or as little as you need us. We of course want you to need us more, but seriously, this is about your needs.

Training Modules

  • A 2-hour training course (online or in person -- we’ll figure it out) on each topic: tool management, strategy, metrics, you name it, we’ll do it.
  • Training courses include a simulated exercise (fancy for practice)
  • Follow-up curriculum and resources to use after the training, and for leisure, at your pleasure. (Better than a summer reading list!)

Support Services

We’re not once we hand off strategy documents or the password to your new tools. We’re in it with you until you feel comfortable enough on your own, so we offer a set number of hours a month of advising from one of our team members, and we’ll help you implement some high-level campaigns if you need it.
